Chemistry Laboratory
The
capacity of this laboratory is 35. It is located in the Laboratory
Building. It contains equipment and instruments designed to
facilitate the teaching and learning of Chemistry courses
for students in all of the Shinawatra University programs.
Among the available equipment are: balances, fume hoods, safety
equipment, laboratory benches, distillation and extraction
equipment, all of which are useful for the study of analytical
and physical Chemistry.

Physics Laboratory
The
capacity of this laboratory is 35 students. It is located
in the Laboratory Building. Equipment and instruments are
designed to facilitate the teaching and learning of Physics
courses for students in all Shinawatra University programs.

Life Science Laboratory
The
capacity of this laboratory is 35 students. It is located
in the Laboratory Building. Equipment and instruments are
designed to facilitate the teaching and learning of Biology,
Botany, and Environmental Science courses for students in
all Shinawatra University programs.
Computer
Programming Laboratory
The
capacity of the laboratory is 35 students. It is located in
the Academic Building. Equipment and instruments are designed
to facilitate the teaching and learning of courses in the
Bachelor of Science programs in Computer Science and Software
Engineering.
Computer
Architecture Laboratory
The
capacity of the laboratory is 35 students. It is located in
the Academic Building. Equipment and instruments are designed
to facilitate the teaching and learning of courses in the
Bachelor of Science programs in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, and Built Environment. It is equipped with advanced
digital equipment and microcomputer parts such as logic gates,
counters, registers, PLAs, microprocessors, storage systems,
basic I/O devices, multiprocessor devices, and hand-held devices
as well as other necessary test equipment.
Operating
Systems and Networking Laboratory
The
capacity of the laboratory is 35 students. It is located in
the Laboratory Building. The IT center and networking facilities
will be located in this laboratory to provide the students
with hands-on experience and demonstrations.
CAD/CAM
Laboratory:
The
capacity of the laboratory is 60 students. It is located in
the Academic Building. This laboratory is for designing, drawing,
and printing for students of all disciplines. Sixty sets of
microcomputers with licensed CAD/CAM software and printers
will be available for continuous use by all students.
Sound
Laboratory
The
capacity of the laboratory is 30 students. It is located in
the Academic Building. Thirty sets of microcomputers with
microphones and earphones will form a practice center for
English pronunciation and communication via imitation and
interactive video-audio conversation. It will also be equipped
with mirrors assist the student.
Computer
Access
The
computer lab in the Academic Building and it will be open
until 10:00 p.m. Each student will be assigned an individual
login name and password to access the University Internet
and Intranet system. The student can also access the Internet
from their dormitory 24 hours a day.
The
Information Network and UNIX
The
network integrates the Universitys information and technology
services. Students can access these services from any University
computer laboratory, and virtually any Information Network
connection in the buildings or dormitory.
